Whenever I come to this location I always have to wait long, I wait over 1 hour and 45 minutes just to change pin on my card. Unbelievable they need to hire more people who have skills and work smart and fast.

There are better than this and definitely this is not one of them. Is kinda dirty and messy. There's only one guy that cares about the clients if you get lucky to go with him. I recommend you to go at Bank of America that's in hunters creek if you want professional advice on what's best for you

Every time coming to this branch only one cashier that works at the counter and there is always long line and long wait time. They should really have more staff to serve people. Bank of America should do something about this since my business is close by this branch.
