I know that I continue to read all of these terrible reviews about the DCF employees and their business as a whole. I honestly have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about them. They have always contacted me regarding any issues with my case. I think they have improved a lot over the last year also. People give it a rest, their jobs are not as easy as we make it out to be. They bust their behinds everyday to make some sort of a difference. In a world like the one we live in now, any help is better than no help!

Never answered before and now since the hurricane its a half a ring then busy signal. How is someone supposed to report changes if they can't get threw? Also what little help I usually get in stamps never loaded yesterday when they was supposed to. What's going on!

My wife and I are disabled in every since of the word and still can't get any reasonable help. We are both amputees, both on dialysis, both diabetics and I am legally blind. With all that going on and trying to live on a fixed income, they had the nerve to give me $16. What the hell are we suppose to do with that. I guess if I was an abled person that chose not to work but had a house full of kids, I could get thousands of dollars worth of food stamps. What a complete waste of time and a utter joke. Thanks for nothing.
