Office of compassionate use unbelievable the amount of time you have to wait for someone to answer your inquiry that is if someone doesn't hang up on you. Please understand that people are looking for help on an already difficult time. Please take the word compassionate to the level it should be.

I’m highly dissatisfied with the customer service when I call in asking about my license. They feel like I’m bothering them and each person I talk to seems to be bothered. I’m still waiting for my license to come in and I’m trying my best to be patient with this company.

Went to Dr Nov 21st. 
I got approved Dec 12.
I probably would've been approved a little bit sooner had there not of been an issue with my profile picture I uploaded. Apparently it was too dark so I had to make sure it looked completely clear.
You get a digital temporary card in the form of an email first while you wait for permanent card in mail.
4 stars.
I wish they had online payment, better phone communication,, and faster approvals.
Hopefully dispensaries have stock.

Edit: Dec 13. Trulieve had everything in stock. They accepted temporary card along with Id.

They transfer you to be put on hold for more than an hour, they do not help you, they are rude, they make huge mistakes and don’t take into account that people are taking hours out of their day to be hung up by them. they gave me a license without testing then i called to fix the issue they revoke it and say that it has to be processed again after waiting 4 weeks. unbelievable.

I called to report food poisoning at the "Funky Pelican" restaurant on Flagler beach, on 12/26. After leaving a message with the health dept. in Flagler county and received no reply, I called the State Department.
I have received no reply from the County or the State.
I started profusely vomiting and diarrihea 3 hrs. after eating at the "Funky Pelican". 
I do not want anyone to experience the horrible poisoning I have.
