Terrible service! They tell me they can’t send the other party a financial affidavit until I complete mine and that was 3 months ago that I completed it and mailed it. Then they tell me they didn’t send it because they could not reach me and do not have a good address on file. How is that possible when I received my financial affidavit and the request to contact in the mail! The online services does not work. I have requested support because it will not allow me to log in and states they don’t have my information on file. Their reasoning for their lack of support or assistance doesn’t make sense. This is about my child not me all I want is a straight answer and reasonable follow up.

This is totally none functional... the worst of the worst web sites...and you cannot ever talk to someone unless they want money from you.

Terrible ridiculous staff.  Not to mention racist.  I applied for a state position here and from the looks of things they cherry pick whites only. I was able to secure another state job shortly thereafter but the guy that hires in the office was unfriendly and didn't seem to want to be bothered with the testing for this position especially when he saw that we weren't white. That's okay because I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the EEOC.  
Also when you go into the office the people at the window act like animals with very little care, concern or human decency. I regret moving to Florida every day.  Florida is full of the most bias,racist, white people to ever walk the planet.  Most of the white people here are so unintelligent that it's sickening.

Phone number doesn't contact anyone whatsoever. Staff never seems to do what they say they will get accomplished for you which turns into multiple trips to the office. Such a terrible system!

No matter when you call. The same automated message saying no one is available to take your call and refers you to the website. I have a court order.  I'm owed over $3k in arrears and nobody will even talk to me.
