Tried to get the documents online. Didnt match information(that was enter exactly as appear on my tax return). So it tells you that you can go to the nearest office. Drove there. Security guard tells you is by appointment only. Called to make the appointment, after 40 minutes waiting for a representative, finally got the appointment. Arrived at 11:10 for my appointment at 11:45. security didnt let us in until 11:25. Apparently there is 2 people working even though they have 13 closed cubicles for service and 1 front desk. It is 12:20 and still waiting. It is ridiculous. 3 people are before me. So you figure. I want to work here. No stress, no hurries, good pay. Work at your own PACE. People that really work doesn't have anything else to do, but wait for a government office to be serve.

Phone system is a maze of options and then it automatically disconnects when you get to a dead end, with no options to go back. Then it is time to redial and start over. Government bureaucracy is so callous.

Everything change since the got appointment. My appointment time schedule was 8:30am, doors open at 9 am. I got interviewed at 9:10 am. Remember this is a federal building No Phone Calls Allowed, No Food, No Guns, No Drinks ( Only water ). So be advice that you are at the IRS a Federal Building.

Great office! It was empty I was in and out in less than 15 minutes 9:04 I walked in and back in my car by 9:18am. Security guard was nice probably still waking up and it's Friday. Rep at front desk was pleasant and Rep that assisted me was pleasant! These reviews make you think it's a horrible place but I had a great experience! It took longer for me to drive there than I spent there!

All the other reviews are accurate. Rude security guard and secretary at front. I got there at 1:05 for my 1:15 appointment and the security guard wouldn't let me in even though the lady on the phone told me to get there early. They make you wait even though you're required to make an appointment.
