If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. This county is a joke. You are on hold for an extensive amount of time and once you speak to a representative it is no help... they are incompetent when it comes to enforcung child support payments meanwhile the onces who suffer are the children.

I would never give them a 5 point star my husband is currently on childsupport from a ex of his lazy welfare person shes not even responsible for taking care of her kid she lives at home with her grandma it ended the relationship because she put false claims on my husband he has to pay 700 a month for a lazy worthless person shes old stays at home with granny works lil hours so she can blast my husband these people treat people poor especially the fathers they dont want him to see this child the mom says u can come to my house see her anytime but that was a violent charges she did fasly crazy person she is she sits there in court blasts him and all this he left her cause she a nut job she has no love for that child its money

Have been attending this office since before they relocated there. Now I got a letter in the mail stating that if I don't cooperate and tell them the last time my kids father sent the kids funds all of my benefits will be cancelled. Hmmmmm..... if the funds are electronically sent to you guys how do you want me to provide that information? Shouldn't that information be secured in you guys hands?  I've been coming to this particular office since the beginning of the year and quite frankly I'm sick and tired of paying  $6 for parking and being there over 3 hrs just to be seen for 10 mins! I think I'm just going to contact Tallahassee direct to further deal with my case because this office is a hot ass mess

I got there before 9am and there were only 2 more people waiting. I went to the information window and a very nice guy gave me a number to seat and wait to be called. 2 minutes after I was called and a woman asked me to follow her to her cubicle. She asked me to fill out a form and provide documents. I was very skeptical reading all the negative comments, but the service was normal and I was there for less than an hour. I parked a block away and only paid $3.50. I guess people have to show up early in order to leave early.
