Apparently there not open at 8 because the workers all seem to be strolling right in at 8-8:05am which means you can't handle business in a timely fashion; in addition, to never getting direct answers your better off just going to the courthouse where they'll actually work to assist you no matter what side of the pendulum your on.

Idk one single person who actually ever did get through on a phone call. You dont even get put on hold. They say call back then you gotta go through all the crap again just to get told call back. That really needs to be fixed. I have to walk in over the simplest questions and that just wastes everybodys time. I just simply dont like the fact that they try to hustle people to collect payments rather than be honest and help. It might just be thier job but its not right. They treat people like we a bother being there. It's a whole lot of unnecessary attitude! I spoke to ONE maube two nice people there ever. One of the women at the check in is real rude. Also, I get different information from different workers and it really messes me up! The wait time is decent and the place is clean. Thats why it even got 2 stars from me. Which was considerate I feel.

U have to wait forever and then when u get through with someone live, their attitude sucks. I have to deal with this, I hope when I go in person would be a different history

2nd worst office in Florida.  1st worst is Broward.  These woman have a chip on their shoulder against men.  I swear I saw flames coming out her nostrils and I haven't even said a word to her yet. Sometimes you don't have work and you're late with your child support; it happens.  No need for the staff to treat me like a scumbag.  I'm in my sons life. See him every weekend. His mom is even understanding that I didn't have work that month. Go to Fort Pierce. It's worth the trip. FP staff actually treat you like a human being.  They actually try to work with you & if they can't; they are kind about it. Much more compassionate than the stone hearts in West palm and Broward. God bless all the single dads that are really trying & get treated like animals here.  Be the better person & just walk away.  God don't like evil.  He sees all.  Just go to a different location.
