I went to get my temporary card for my d license very fast service i was in and out in no time. My only problem is its been 3 weeks now if not a little longer than that and i still haven't received my hard license or card in the mall yet. The number they have to contact them is a big waste of time i called 4 times already. No one answered that's so unprofessional what if i need directions? What if i needed to ask questions before making a blank trip? What if i wanted to refer someone to them in they need information or needed to speak to someone? Why isn't there anyone answering the phone?? Something needs to be done why should i have to drive because no one is answering just to ask if they sent off my hard card for my d license with the correct address. Because it may have been a mistake. This is horrible you guys need to do better. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was there before the office opened and every single employee walked by and said hello to me on their way into the office.  When the office opened every employee who I dealt with was cheerful and said hello.  Made renewing my license a pleasure.  Thanks!

I'm not sure about the rest of the staff but the reception was one of the most unhelpful and unpleasant phone staff I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Thank you for nothing DOA.

Staff is very helpful & fast paced. Instead of going to the Miami location I always go to the West Palm location.

I went in to apply For my concealed carry permit. I am in shock at how friendly and quick they were for being associated with the government. I have never gone to a place that was more professional then this place. And I'm saying this about a government entity so that in itself really blows my mind. If you want to get a concealed carry this is the place to go and they don't have a big head about it. I gave this 5 stars and if I could have given it 6 I would have.
