Be extremely careful when dealing with the brokers at FFB - their first priority is their own acquisition of accounts/policies so make sure you have everything in writing!!  Keep each conversation documented - use email as much as possible!  I recently was advised on making upgrades to acquire discounts only to have spent the money and be denied the discount.  I am going to pursue redress but man, what a bunch of snakes!
