I have seen some reviews about this place that are not accurate. This office is great, since I went there for the first time about 6 years ago, the speed of customer service, hasn't changed. They are fast, accurate, and they treat you back the same way you treat them. I have taken family members and friends to this office, and they always deliver. They have Spanish speaking personal which is a plus.

I would give this office zero stars if I could. I spent 3.5 hours of pure hell in this office because the workers are slow, lazy, unhelpful, and literally the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Even though I tried to keep a positive attitude and was nothing but pleasant and polite, the staff is the most miserable group you will ever interact with. Not a single person treated me with any respect or manners. Pretty sure all the positive reviews were written by the staff members themselves. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating. Sometimes they just don't feel like answering your questions so they just don't say anything or pretend they don't hear you. I can't believe people like this even exist.

Waited long in line but that is expected at the DMV. I was helped by Fred, at station 11, (think his name is Fred) pretty sure. Very helpful and and customer service orientated. Cashier lady was too.

As I am currently sitting, waiting to be a translator for my friend, they tell us they have implemented a new "rule" that don't allow Spanish translators anymore!! What??? 
This is unacceptable, and this "rule" should be taken down, as for the translator doesn't affect the time nor the job you guys do!! 
And of course more employees are always needed for faster service but that has been a for ever in history problem! 
Only helpful person in here is a older gentleman with white beard! 👍🏻 To you sir!
