One 🌟 because the short/brown-haired lady that renews tags for whatever reason said they are a carrier company (although it says Broward County Tags in the bldg directory) and that I would receive the renewed tags by tomorrow afternoon (more than 24 hours). It's not same day service. Then was referred to the Plantation location. Other than that in nice bldg. Main entrance upstairs to the left. S-204.

This was by far the most fantastic experience I've ever had with a tag/title. We were in and out in 15 minutes, with a quick run back tomorrow to pick up the tag. Nice people, quick service. Highly recommend using this area.

10 days after paying for registration renewal still nothing. Was supposed to be mailed 7 days ago. Noone ever picked up the phone. Its a joke not a Tag Center.

I went in to renew my tag with a suspended license. I had no clue that the license needed to be reinstated prior to a tag being renewed... I'd never dealt with this issue before. I told the woman helping me that I had a suspended license. When my tag was unable to be renewed, they didn't call me; so I went into their office. After the issue was explained to me, I requested a refund... Which I had to essentially argue with the owner to receive. It was an awful experience. And while I recognize that I probably should have done my research prior to going into this office, I was and still am disgusted at how it was all handled.
