I am an experienced real estate professional, so as you might imagine, I come across roofers all the time; and often my clients are in need of one. Truly until I met Stella and German of Florida Quality Roofing I have never felt comfortable referring any to my clients.  Now I do so without a worry, for they are exemplary; the consummate professionals, experts in their field.    I also had the opportunity to hire them for my personal home in Victoria Park Fort Lauderdale. I am thrilled with the finished product, a 50-year warranted clay s-tile roof as well as the entire process.  You could not find a company more competent and a pleasure with which to work.

As a home inspector you can imagine I deal with many roofers.  I've never met one that is such a roofing Geek as German.  When I come across strange things during my roof inspection he's the guy I send the pictures too and always get amazing descriptive answers to help me better desciribe some of the Oddities i come across from other Roofers work.  I have referred them to many clients over the years never a complaint and always happy.  They actually make me look good just for recommending them.

My experience with Florida Quality Roofing was wonderful from beginning to end. 

I went under contract with my Florida house while I was still living over 3,000 miles away. The inspection revealed the 36 year old roof was at end of life, and the seller wasn't going to touch it. No insurance company would insure me without a new roof, and the mortgage company would not finance me without insurance! Meanwhile, I was travelling across the country and had no cellphone for a period due to Note7 issues, sigh. Stella and her team worked with me through all this, and continued to simultaneously maintain contact and be patient while I closed on the house and submitted my tile selection to the Home Owner's Association (we needed to wait for them to meet, and wait two more weeks until they were able to get back to me with their approval).

Finally, work was able to begin! FQR met with me beforehand so I knew what to expect, and met with me after to wrap it all up. The crew was quick, courteous and tidy. My roof is beautiful...neighbors have been by to see who did such a quick and lovely job!

This company gave me 100% and gets an A+!

This is the best roofing company in Florida. They did a re-roof on an apartment building for us - on time and on budget. 
No problems, only excellent results.
