GREAT roofing company!
As far as preventative maintenance is concerned, Perkins Roofing schedules the  preventative maintenance each year, they show up on time, and make sure there are no leaks. Any roof at any conditions, Perkins Roofing is able to have it maintained the right way. I personally used Perkins Roofing for three condominiums and I could not be more satisfied!

We've used Perkins Roofing since 1999 and have always been extremely pleased with their prompt and professional work. We've been so happy with them that we've referred them to many friends and family over the years.

They scheduled my appointment to come see my roof and give me an estimate 3 times. each time i had to take time off from work and stay home only for them not to show up and when i call they tell me they didnt have the appointment on their books, rescheduled it again and didn't show up again. 3 times in 1 week. save yourself the time and trouble there are a lot of contractors in the area there is no need to lose your productive time waiting for an unorganized company.

I have used them twice for my home. The best part was their responsiveness to my needs and their courteous attention to detail. Highly recommend these guys who did right by my family!! Thanks Perkins!

Perkins Roofing installed my roof two decades ago and has been maintaining it and doing the occasional necessary repairs ever since. Their crews are skilled, and the company is easy to work with.
