I called Fla Roof-Tech on Thursday 3/16/2017 and set and appointment for Tuesday 3/21/2017 at 1:00 PM. On Friday I received a call from a salesman telling me that he was in the area and  if he could go by in the next 20 minutes. I was not at the property and I told him so but he insisted, I agree and called my son and asked him to be at the property, 40 minutes later no one did show up or called to cancel,  The following day I called the company and complained and they told me they will send someone else the next day.  Peter Pino did show up as scheduled but  never did go on the roof for measurements and left after some small talk but promising he will send a estimate that afternoon. On Tuesday 3/28/2017 4 days later I had to call the company for the estimate.  This company seems to be very loose with appointments and estimates and after reading some of the bad  reviews in Yelp, BBB and  other websites I decided I will not do business with them.

The worst unprofessional  company I ever used. Roof under warrant and started leaking, they didn't call me back until a month later. During Hurricane season in South Florida. Now facing another Hurricane, and I'm concerned about my roof. 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I called to get an estimate for a property in Miami.  I live out of state and, because of that, they would not even look at my leaking roof.  Really?  I have never heard of a business that won't take your money if you live out of the area.  I even had family who would meet them at the property but they didn't care.  If I could give zero stars, I would, for not wanting my business.  I found another roofer and am extremely happy.

I hired Florida Roof Tech to reshingle my roof, based on my interactions with their salesman Hector. It's been two weeks and I've not heard back from them yet as to when they will begin work. I'll be updating this review and also adding reviews elsewhere around the web as my experience with Florida Roof Tech continues. For now I will rate them as good, until I have reason to do otherwise. 

Update: I had to call them last week and was told the permits were all in order and they would contact me soon to schedule. I was promised that this roof would be finished before Christmas.....
