While Frank may let you roll off the lot for 1k or less, the vehicles he sells all need at least 1k in servicing into them. He makes his most money off of the trailer parks that are close to him, just preying upon their desperation for a decent, affordable car. I was dealing with him for a few years but recently he did a vehicle swap with me and the one he swapped me, the engine seized up when it became water locked after just a week of owning it. I asked Frank to do the right thing and fix the situation but he just shrugged it off like it wasn't his problem. Avoid this lot like the plague!

I've bought cars from Frank before with no problem but my most recent purchase was a lemon. The car had a leak in it when he sold it to me (I didn't realize it until about a week or two later) and cost me $800 to fix. Then after maybe a month or two the car would just shut off at random or not crank at all. I bought another key hoping it was a minor issue but that wasn't the problem. Bought a new fuel pump ($380) and worked for a week before shutting off again. Turns out its an electrical problem that's going to cost me $700 to fix. I'm very upset about the whole situation I refuse to put any more money into this vehicle that I just bought, which means I have to buy another car. Frank is a good guy but I will never buy another car from him.

We have bought 5 cars from Frank @ Florida's Best and every car we have bought from have all been great, we still have four of the cars. We were nervous to buy a car from a buy here pay, but Frank has clean nice cars and the best customer service, we have ever had. In fact my daughter is going to buy her first car from Florida's Best. Thanks Frank for all the great cars and customer service over the years.
