I just want to take a moment to Thank you for the beautiful cake you made for my graduating residents. The Graduates and staff loved it and the cake was outstanding it's hard to find a bakery that can do beautiful work and have it taste so good but you all knocked it out of the park, everyone loved it needless to say there was none left. You are my #1 Bakery. Again Thank you for the Wonderful Cake and you are my #1 Recommendation. Catherine

I called in the morning to order 2 dozen cookies to be ready in the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and had no problem fulfilling my order (the cookies were baked fresh for me). When I picked up the cookies I also bought a red velvet cupcake for myself. It was delicious! The prices are reasonable for fresh, homemade baked goods. I will definitely be back!

I love this place and everything about it! I love the fact that this bakery truly makes everything from scratch. They put their heart into every product made. So far nothing has disappointed me and it is worth trying! If no one has visited Flour Child Bakery yet, I truly recommend it!

EDIT:  Thanks for the response, Cassie. I live right around the corner, so I'll probably try again next time I need something. 

Terrible customer service today, 27 Oct 16... bad enough that I was actually compelled to write about it, since the owner seems to be active on here.  I walked into the Flour Child at two minutes before six (past the illuminated "Open" sign) and was greeted with "We're closed."  But wait, I just walked past the sign... 

I stated that I simply wanted to order a birthday cake for Thursday, to which I was told you were booked for the entire week and couldn't take any orders... with an extremely condescending attitude.  The girl then proceeded to make a show out of turning off the sign and locking the door behind me as I left.   

Congratulations to the employee at the counter (I hope you were not the owner)... you lost a sale and regular customer today.
