The Flower Basket doesn't advertise prices and then add all these extra charges. You can just order an arrangement online and pay that price plus taxes. Delivery is free within area of store. I looked up local florists and called one right across the street from location I wanted it delivered to and they charge $8.00 instead of $11.00. I ordered in the morning and it was delivered within 3 hours. They are beautiful! I hope you read this review and order from them. I'm just so pleased I had to submit a review. Thank you so much Flower Basket.

I ordered a Florist's choice Design (Deluxe) for my girlfriends birthday.  I ordered for local delivery (Sugar Grove) the night before after they closed.  My friend only works 6-2.  Not only did they deliver the next day super fast (by 10 am) the flowers were BEAUTIFUL !!  My friend sent me a photo and they were bright and happy looking.  What a GREAT place, I will for sure order again !!  I'm glad I let the florist be creative rather then picking something, they did a really nice job !!  Thanks :)

First time ordering from The Flower Basket and it won't be the last! Excellent website and we got our delivery in 2 hours! Very sweet delivery guy too. The arrangement is so gorgeous. We got the roses in a teacup and it's precious and smells incredible. Thank you!

The flowers I received on Valentine's Day were so very fresh and the arrangement was lovely. The flowers continue to open. I cannot praise this company enough on their quality.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered flowers on their website to be delivered to my wife at work.  The flowers never showed up. No call. NOTHING. Called the number listed on their website and spoke to someone in another time zone. What is that about? It’s after 7pm now so they’re closed. Still nothing. Absolutely horrible experience. I will go out of my way to order flowers from somewhere else after this and I hope anyone reading this does as well.
