I came in yesterday 10/16/21 for a last minute arrangement for my grandfather’s memorial service this 17th. I asked for a white arrangement and I shared the reference photo on the left to the florist. First thing’s first, they finished everything quickly—he offered to have it ready a few hours later which he did but I just couldn’t pick it up the day of and just picked it up the day of the 17th. Secondly, he was very accommodating and willing to make it all work even though it was a last minute arrangement. Lastly, the flower arrangement came out wonderful. Thank you so much for this Larkin Floral, I know my grandfather is pleased with this arrangement. We’ll be back in the future!

Ordered my wedding bouquets through Larkin and they came out beautiful! I love sunflowers and the arrangement turned out amazing!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Me and my mother just recently moved to Tennessee and it’s my grandmas birthday today 12/14. We ordered flowers to her house in Illinois they were nothing like the picture so we called and my mom got yelled at saying that “we didn’t have the flowers so we made it similar” but it was not similar at all the only thing that was like the picture was that there were orange flowers. the whole time she put him on speaker and he was screaming at her being completely unprofessional. Never again will we order from this shop. It’s a waste of money $80 down the drain for something we didn’t order.

It was great to come across Mike after a bad experience with another outfit. He was easy to work with and delivered a perfect bouquet in the coldest weather in January.

I received a wonderful arrangement and experienced great customer service from Debi. I would highly recommend her for your flower needs! Also, it was a great value!

I’ve bought flowers from here twice and both times they did awesome job with the arrangements.  All of the flowers were in excellent bloom, no half dead and wilting flowers like you get with other places. I highly recommend!!

I want to start off by thanking Mike at Larkin Floral. They made a beautiful floral arrangement for my mother who passed away last week. Mike really came through especially in such a short amount of time. He was able to get the flowers and deliver them. He really made our family feel very special. Thank you so much. God Bless

Very disappointed with my order and the service I received when calling to address the concerns I had. I placed an order to be sent as a gift and when I received a photo from the recipient it looked nothing like they should have I was so upset. When I called and referenced the substitution page that states “ Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.” The gentleman I was speaking with got extremely defensive and ranted about “you don’t understand what is going on in the world for small businesses” and the proceeded to tell me that the profit he receives on arrangements is minuscule due to costs going up. I expressed to him I was only trying to understand why what I received didn’t look anything like what I ordered. The only thing that matched was a ribbon on the vase. Completely different colored flowers in a clear vase, and lacked overall quality in presentation.

I came in to pick up 20 roses for my anniversary...  the owner, Mike turned my trip into a learning experience about his unique long stem Ecuadorian roses. Simply the best!

Larkin Floral shop did an excellent arrangement for a funeral. Staff was very nice and went out of their way to make the arrangement special. Great job!! Thank you and you scored a 10 in my opinion.
