I couldn't be there for my friends when their father passed. But the flower box was! Thank you so much! The flowers are beautiful and ON TIME!

Ordered late in the evening before I knew the hospital  room number.  Called first thing to give them the room number and they already had it! Amazing! Flowers got there super fast. They looked and  smelled wonderful!

Customer service was terrible and the flowers were delivered 4 hours later than what we were told.  I will never do business with this company again.

The website guaranteed delivery on Sunday, 5/14, mother's day. The delivery did not arrive. Upon calling the shop on Monday, 5/15, I was told that there was a mistake on the site and they didn't do deliveries on 5/15. I said I wanted to cancel the delivery and receive a refund and was told I would receive a call back. No one called back and I've just received an email that the delivery was successfully made. Will be calling again to get my money back.
