I have been sending my mother flowers for ten years via "over-phone-credit-card" and I have had absolutely no issues.  They are always very helpful, send exactly what I ask for, deliver on time without little notice and help me to bring a smile to my mother's face.  It is hard to believe that someone stole credit card information.  I will continue to take the chance because of my good past experiences with them and hope nothing happens.

I too have been using Rolla Floral for many years to send flowers to my parents.  I have never had any problems.  They are courteous, accommodating, and professional. I always use my credit card and never had a problem.  I highly recommend them for any floral business in the Rolla area.
