Flowerama Dayton OH

Flowerama did my wedding flowers and they were amazing!! I asked them to make halos of flowers for myself and all my bridesmaids, and they turned out absolutely beautiful. My bouquet was gorgeous and so were all of the other flowers we used for the cake and decorating. The manager was very helpful and took the time to meet with us and learn our style. We were very happy with the prices as well - super reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

What a terrible experience -- and I never even made it to the store! I spoke to someone named "Laura" and received the most appalling customer service. She had a sarcastic tone to her voice, she was uninformed about the services and her role, and she did not prioritize my needs as a customer. I would not go there even if I had received a gift card. It's unfortunate for them, because I would have paid top dollar to have the bouquet of my dreams and referred my friends and sorority sisters.

My only complaint is they give you a card if you spend so much money you're supposed to get 10 off, but if you have 2 empty spaces and want to by a 20 bouquet of roses , they won't put the last two empty spaces toward the purchase .
