Oberer's Flowers

Every year I order flowers over the phone to send to my mother for her birthday. Oberer's goes above and beyond every time. This year, I gave minimal instructions.... all I said was that "she likes yellow" and this is what she got (see picture). It's absolutely perfect and so beautiful! She loves it. Thank you Oberer's for such a nice arrangement. I never worry about quality here; Oberer's does not disappoint.

The lack of professionalism at this establishment is appalling, especially in the short time since the death of the owner. In my experience, the Design Manager is the worst of the management team. He has been the cause for many employees to quit, not the work load or fast-paced nature of the job. He consistently comments to other (non-management) employees about their fellow coworkers, including his decisions to fire employees, private medical information, employee reasons for missing work, etc. He is the epitome of poor and mismanagement, yet the members of upper management continue to employ him. Because the design floor is such an important part of the main store (and company in general), I urge upper management to reconsider his position within the company. His actions could potentially have serious legal consequences. He will be the reason the Dayton store (and potentially other locations) meets its demise. It is my understanding that the Oberer family is seeking to have more input in the company since the death of Randy. I hope their first step is to take a critical review of mid-management.

I have dealt with the Dayton Oberer's location for years, and have never been disappointed. Whenever I send my mom flowers through them, she always calls me 10 days to 2 weeks after the delivery date to let me know the flowers still look fresh and beautiful. I have sent all varieties of arrangements from Oberer's, and each one has been beautiful. I also appreciate their emails for order confirmation and the actual delivery date and time. I live in Columbus, and use Oberer's Columbus location for all floral needs here. The quality from that location is also consistently excellent.

Oberer's Flowers' website was easy to use. I was able to find just what I was looking for and more. The images were beautiful and helped me to narrow down my search. The checkout process was streamlined and the whole transaction took me about 10 minutes from start to finish (most of that time was spent deciding which lovely arrangement to choose).

I ordered flowers online recently from Oberer's, and I was delighted by their excellent service! A beautiful flower arrangement, prompt delivery with notification back to me, and an easy online ordering system. Thanks Oberer's Flowers! -- Dan
