I would give NO stars if I could. Do not use this place for your wedding flowers! In fact, do not do business with these people at all. Terrible people who do not care at all about their customers. Although the one woman I worked with was nice, that's where it ends. And we only met for 15 minutes, she took notes, repeated everything back to me, sounded great & she told me they were the best. I never thought much about wedding flowers & really didn't think I would ever care this much but I got ripped off over $700 & am not standing for it. I paid for a throw away bouquet that I did not receive. I can't get anyone to email me or call me back. There were dead flowers in my bridesmaids' bouquets & on top of everything: my bouquet which was very expensive was falling apart immediately after the ceremony! You've been warned!
UPDATE: It is Dec of 2017 & I'm STILL angry about this. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS AFTER WHAT THEY DID TO ME. Hundreds of dollars wasted on wedding flowers that were sub-par at best. When I look back at wedding photos I seethe with anger seeing my cheap bouquet with it's PLASTIC handle which showed in every picture. I was told all of my bouquets handles would be covered with ribbon & pearl topped pins. Yeah right. And I also paid for delivery which was over $100. I'm just still so mad at not only spending hundreds of dollars on flowers but spending it with this terrible company that never returned any phone calls, never replied to this review (COWARDS) & never even gave me my money back for things I paid for but never received. We couldn't even do the bouquet toss at our wedding because of these AMATEURS. My bridesmaids tried to make one out of all of their bouquets but their flowers were dead so that didn't work. We couldn't use my real bouquet because it was falling apart. FLOWERAMA, YOU RUINED A BIG PART OF MY WEDDING. Flowerama thought it would be a good idea to shorten the stems of red roses & stick them into floral foam. The maybe 3-4" stems of course would fall out! How are you even in business?! I'm telling EVERYONE I know not to work with you guys!!!! You really did the wrong thing to the wrong person.

If no stars were an option for a review, this business qualifies for 0 stars. Rude, condescending staff, overpriced floral arrangements, tacky yard decor. My floral request for mother's memorial was met with a smart-assed "can't help you", followed by snarky giggling. During this time of loss & grief I was treated as an inconvenience.
