Flowers were delivered to an art museum. Miserable looking sunflowers in a non-descript vase. No name on the envelope. Handwriting inside was
a scrawl. An embarrassment to the museum, to the recipient (me), and an affront to the sender. Further, after repeated attempts to confirm a refund for the sender: nothing. TERRIBLE product, TERRIBLE customer service.
Perhaps the delivered flowers were an anomaly. That can happen. But if so, communication afterwards might have cleared it up. Nada.

$98 for a fairly nice bouquet, but she didn't really listen to what I said I wanted so had her change a few flowers out to the kind I said I wanted. Also, the flowers were not very fresh.  She left some damaged outter pedals on the roses - I plucked them off and then they looked great. Had to special request a ribbon. She was very nice, but I wasn't dazzled with the arrangement by any means. Glad I didn't order it for delivery without seeing it or I would have been very upset with how it was originally made.

Mr. K's Flowers is my first choice for fresh flowers and beautiful bouquets. They are family owned, and operated, and have been in the flower industry for many years. This has taken forever to get around to but, Mr. K's is amazing. They are always very friendly and helpful. Plus, I have NEVER been disappointed with any of their arrangements; they are ALWAYS the best around. My original plans for Mother's Day fell through and I had to stop by Mr. K's for a last minute arrangement. Even on such a busy day with other orders and plenty going on, Mr. K's had gorgeous arrangements for VERY reasonable prices and Mr. K, himself, not only took the time to prepare the arrangement I bought for a car ride, he also carried everything out to the car AND made sure everything (including everything I had purchased elsewhere) was securely seated in my car so that I had zero worries about things shifting around. Above and beyond service!!! They have my business for life.

DO NOT USE THIS FLOREST!!! I ordered flowers for a funeral and they never arrived.  When I called the following week asking for my money back they argued with me that they did deliver them but the family of the deceased absolutely know they did not arrive.  I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.  Not good customer service, no resolution offered.  BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!! Use someone more reputable!
