Just want to say WOW. I ordered flowers for a dear friend and when they arrived they were not exactly what I had ordered but were beautiful. I called the store and they were very kind and sent another beautiful arrangement. That is what I call great customer service. When you order flowers over the phone from 300 miles away you take a chance, but not with this florist, they went above and beyond to deliver beautiful flowers. I will call the next time I send flowers for my friend.

If you are looking for a top tier florist look no further than Flowers by Lili.  Her floral arrangements are defined by a beautiful sense of artistry combined with "Lili's personal touch" making certain every piece leaves her shop picture perfect.  Florists from other locales call Lili for their personal and customer needs...could their be a better review?

I would definitely recommend Flowers by Lili, as they constantly go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

Lili personally delivered the flowers and made sure I knew the proper care instructions. You don't really see that in this day and age with other companies. I have received everything from roses, to tiger lilies, to sunflowers and now I just received these gorgeous orchids. I couldn’t be happier. 

Thank you for always delivering the most beautiful and fresh arrangements. I constantly have a smile on my face :)
