I have to say that "Flowers by Renee" really did a great job in a very short notice. I called from Colorado yesterday right before closing for delivery today at 1:30 p.m. I had a very pleasant conversation with the sales person who helped me through a selection. The flowers were for a funeral for my Son-in-Laws father, in Detroit. I was not able to attend, but did get a photo sent by a family member and also "GREAT", great comments about the arrangement that was done by the florist.

I thank you for the great work the shop has done and I can say I highly recommend "Flowers by Renee".

Today I called "Flowers by Renee" and was extremely happy with my decision to do so.  I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly and helpful person.  I needed the flowers delivered before a specific time and the woman helping me took the time to call the delivery driver and call me back right away ensuring my flowers would make it in time.  The flowers were INCREDIBLE, one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen.  I would highly recommend this business without reservation.  Prompt, courteous and high quality.  Great job!

I hired Flowers by Renee to do my wedding. I had a purple themed wedding and I was sure to make everything match. I told the florist very carefully the exact type of purple flowers I wanted. She showed me the flowers she already had and asked if they'd work and I told her no, they were too pink. When I got to my wedding hall the day of my wedding, I found she used the pink flowers I had rejected instead of the ones I specifically requested. I also found that the draping I ordered from her was incredibly wrinkly. 
I think that they're nice people, very friendly, and cheap; however, they failed to meet my basic demands and didn't give me what I paid for.

I was recently married and used flowers by renee.  Wow the customer service was great!! And the flowers were beautiful it didn't cost me an arm and a leg like everything else.  She was so sweet and everything was just great I will be making more purchases with this company and referring all my friends :) thank you for being apart of my big day!!!
