The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Placed an order they said come back in 30 minutes. Came back 3 hours later and they said they forget to make it. Then they said they ran out of the flowers that I wanted. To make it short they put some bs flowers together and charged 53 dollars.

The very first thing is they are not organized. They are responsive until you sign the contract,then they don’t reply your texts and calls. It was a week before my wedding, I kept texting and calling them to pay off and finalize the details. Noone replied, the lady we worked with her and told her all the details I wanted for my wedding, Brandy, finally texted me and said that she is no longer working with them and the shop will call you. Imagine, how stressful it was. it was only 4 days to my wedding that someone called me, not for reviewing the details, just for paying off. Any how I met with them in the shop three days before wedding and they didn’t have all the notes and pictures we finalize with the first lady, I had to go over all my pics and send the new guy every thing and explain all yhe details. I insisted not to have normal roses in my bouquet, I wanted only cabbage roses, my bouquet was full of usuall roses with couple of cabagge roses. the colour wasn’t right, I wanted ivory and blush and champaign. It was pink, ivory, and cream color. I gave them a bouquet wrap, they didn’t use it and they didn’t even return that to us. I told them make sure the center pieces vases are not scratched and they are all fine, now in the picture I see they are all scratchy. The charger plates were all dented and scratched. The day of the event, they came first and forgot all the linens, and they went back to bring them. They also forgot to pick the linens up at the end of the event. Don’t waste money and enrgy here, they are not good. They know at the day of the wedding, noone can tell any thing to them and after that there is no point. BTW, my bouquete and overally thecenter pieces were good, and noone noticed those but I know what I paid for, and what I asked. I recommend you not to work with them. I met them in a bridal show, and the prices they had was super cheap but when you go to their shop, they increase the prices and then don’t do the job at the end.

Very professional, and the quality of service and attention to detail is second to none! Jenan gave me the wedding of my dreams and THEN some. She is extremely talented, and her final results prove it!
