Experience ordering flowers was great.... until it came to the day of my grandfathers wake when I got to the funeral home at 1:40pm and discovered our flowers, plant, and memory lamp had not been delivered! We specifically were told they would be delivered to the funeral home well before the start of the wake at 2pm. I called and was non-chalantly told “the driver is on his way”. They didn’t show up until 2:30 and had to maneuver through the crowd of people to get our items displayed. I’m disgusted and will NEVER order again.

I have used this place a few times to make some custom orders and a skill level here is off the charts not to mention the friendly customer service

This is the place to go when you are in a pinch or need to be sure that things are done right!!!  I have worked with a few members of their team and they all have the same approach to customer service...can do, will do...no problem!  They are so very helpful and accommodating it's truly refreshing!  I hope that they read this because they deserve to know that their hard work does not go unnoticed!  Thank you for all you do :)
