Last week my grandmother passed away and needed to order flowers for the viewing. 

When I walked in to the flower shop, my parents and I were greeted promptly.  We sat down and began to look at a book with all types of arrangements for funerals while we waited for the owner to arrive to further assist us.  Ara came in after about 5 minutes which gave us enough time to gather up some questions. 

He was very thorough with his answers and even provided his suggestions on what we can put on the card/ribbons since we weren't all in the right state of mind.  He personally assured us that he'd work with the funeral home to make sure he got the flowers there by a certain time since we were having a viewing very early in the morning.  There was never any pressure from him to upsell products we did not need.  He actually gave us his opinion on certain things which made a lot of sense to us. He wasn't there to make a quick buck. 

The day of the viewing, I was amazed by the impeccable work done with the arrangements that were ordered. Saying they were beautiful is a huge understatement.  Thank you again Ara for all your help and hard work in getting our orders done in a quick and timely manner.  Trust me when I say that I'll be recommending you to many others back home in NJ.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ara today who was exceptionally focused on providing the best customer service.  I just received a photo of the beautiful bouquet of summer flowers that he and his team provided to my client and I was delighted by the quality and care that they put into servicing my order.  I look forward to giving them more business soon!

Flowers of The Field is a wonderful business! I called from across the country for a very special and sentimental occasion. They were excellent at helping me choose the right flowers, and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking to send fresh and beautiful flowers. I was originally going to call a large, national company to order flowers, but after hearing about people receiving small, wilted bouquets, I took a chance on a local business, and Flowers of the Field's help and expertise proved that I made the right choice!

I would highly recommend you walk in and visit Flowers of the Field. The service is fantastic and it's so nice to have them present options to you face to face. We used them for funeral arrangements and they came through for us and we couldn't have been happier. They will go the extra mile to give you the utmost satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.
