HORRIBLE! This woman is all talk and does not deliver! My flowers were far from fresh -- my bouquet was withered and my floral arrangements were not as discussed. She put only 6 roses instead of a dozen on each floral arrangement and filled the rest with hydrangeas. I've seen fresher flowers at a supermarket. She is an excellent sales woman and will make it seem like her work is quality. It truly hurt me to pay for a mediocre job.

I ordered flowers online on Friday April 4th to be delivered to a North Bergan address the next day.  My credit card was charged but the flowers were never delivered.  Follow up Telephone calls to the florist were unanswered.
I eventually did get thru on the phone and the flowers were delivered 4 days late.

Omg the owner is so temperamental. She is an old lady in a very old store. To much old!!!
