Service sucks. Very unprofessional. Never answer their phone. Never called me back when they said that they were. Stay far away from this place as possible. Will never do business with them again. I wish I can give them no stars.

Ever since I have been able to kick a nasty habit I find myself with plenty of time on my hands which I spend making things. I started to go to Floyds because of the friendly atmosphere and I spend anywhere from one our two two hours how to time looking around and shopping. A few of the employees started harassing me insisting that I was stealing things and made me empty out all my pockets. I told them that I had no problem doing so as long as they apologized when they found out they were wrong. As it happens they were wrong and did Apologize but it was still a very traumatic experience. I like to go inside a store and shop around seeing exactly what I need and they have ruined this Floyds for me. Every time I come in now I am harassed buy a tall balding white guy named Scott or something like that. He tells me to leave the store and has even shouted obscenities at me if this continues I am thinking about suing Ace Hardware for harassment. I do not deserve to be treated like a thief for taking my time shopping around a hardware store simply because I like working on projects which require some of the hardware they sell. Next time I am harassed I will be the one to call the police they can be sure about that and I am also getting in contact with their corporate office. It's sad really because they have a lot of great people who work there but a few bad apples spoil the whole batch.

Excellent store!!! Excellent service!!! Affordable prices!!! There are several!!! Large variety of heavy duty items!!!

2 Stars for convenience alone. Prices are a bit high and not a huge variety but they cover what you need. However, every single time my boyfriend and I go into the store, a caramel colored, incredibly arrogant, "gentleman" seems to be there staring intently at us whenever we turn around. He is the only one I have noticed do this to such an extent. Our last visit I even attempted to deter the accusations by leaving my purse in the car. I can understand keeping an eye on your customers but I feel straight up discriminated against. We are not the only 2 in the store. One instance he even asked if we needed in help, in which we actually did need help finding something, and was gone before he even finished the sentence. Besides this guy I enjoy the rest of the employees, they are quite helpful and informative to whatever we need.

Best little local shop, that's not as small as you think. Alot of people who know what they're doing, great stock, reasonable prices, without the BIG BRAND cruddy feel.
