Let me start my saying that I never write reviews, but my experience was so terrible that I want to prevent it from happening to anyone else. In all honesty, I have to say that it was worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not only did they take my down payment, they also scheduled my first payment before I even received my furniture. Then the day they're supposed to deliver, they call me and say they do not have my furniture, and that in fact they will not have it for 5 months!!!! So the next day I go to the store to get my money back, and they didn't even offer a simple apology. Then, they have the audacity to send me yet another bill, after I canceled my order. These people have some nerve. If you want my advice, do not shop for furniture here. They'll just take your money.

I shopped a few furniture stores out looking for a sectional and this was the only furniture store who offered me financing with 18 months no interest.. Excellent service as well. I will definitely be back again...
