I went to the Warrendale location and was disappointed at first but am now happy with their service. At first I gave this place less than a 5 star because the description on their website for the gel manicure was a little confusing. I was scheduled for a gel manicure, and the website said it's supposed to be an hour long and include a "Signature Manicure with gel polish". In the signature manicure description it said you receive exfoliating and massaging as part of the manicure. So, I was confused when my appointment ended early and there was no exfoliation or massage. I emailed the salon asking why these were not included and quickly received an explanation, but furthermore I was also told that the description on the website would be changed to avoid future confusion. I was impressed that this was handled quickly and with much consideration. I will be going back to this salon.

Domonique is Pittsburgh's very best microblading artist! I trust her expertise entirely. She is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and attentive. I am SO pleased with the incredible results! The Glam Bar is stunning, and I look forward to trying some of the other great services that are offered.
