I always have a good experience here. The staff is very friendly. Prices are a little high, but not out of line for the area. Food is great.

If you want cheap food, this is not the place to go.  

If you're tired of fast food but only have fast food time, this is a great option.  The food is GOOD, the staff is AWESOME, always very friendly and polite.  Did I mention the food is good?  Great for when you want something that's quick but not fast food.  But it's also pricier than 'fast food.' I regularly spend $15 for a hot entree, side, drink, and dessert.  And yes a sandwich, chips, and drink can run upwards of $10.  So, if you're looking for an inexpensive meal, I don't recommend it.
