I was needing s parking spot last night 06-24-2017 @ 23:00 . No parking spots so I had no choice but to park by the curb . Yea well they came out and said either you park in a spot or you leave. I explain to them I didn't have any hours available for driving I said I'm going to have to get towed or have a police escort the management lady from last night said I don't care you're not parking by my curb you need to get out of here. So much for effing Safe Haven as a truck driver  you would assume a truck stop would have your back on a Safe Haven parking spot even if it's against the curb. So I was forced to call a tow truck and had to get towed to a local termenal. And as far as it goes for the manager lady there she is very rude disrespectful talks to you like your garbage and I don't think she deserves to have her position as a manager at Flying J Flying J should actually look into that to removing her.

Normally a good stop. Not so much tonight. Customer complaint was handed to manager with a comment about it being his time of the month. Sorry to bother you guys but I spend an extra 20 a month for wifi...big dude, no hair, mouth breather..won't be here long. As u suggested.. I will be calling corporate.

I wish the parking would be little larger nice driver lounge thought.

Have reserved a spot 3 different times and every time we show up, the spot has been taken by someone else. The last time, by a person who just used an old ticket from a different date. I never get a refund and I'm stuck waiting around for an hr or so until they figure out what to do or who took the spot. Staff needs to pay better attention to these type of issues.
