Wow.. what a poorly staffed location. 
Me:"which pumps are working?" Them:"Three of them? Me:"which 3?". Them: "you can always just go down the road.". If you own this place, you need to change your staffing. There were at least 3 people who wanted to buy gas but your staff sent them away even though there were working pumps. Your poor service and staff are costing you significant revenue.
