Took over a week to get my vehicle, because the salesman said he needed to go to the registry, which we later found out was a lie, they do it there. He was a new salesman there, upon receiving a call from the owner, that salesman never showed up to work because he stole my cash I put down along with four other people's as well that had also paid in cash, then he took off... Police involved, not recommended.

I went to Fogg three times, test drove a 2013 Ford Fusion with 31k miles. I told the sales woman, Tasha, that I was interested in buying the car. I filled out all the required paperwork, and was told that if I didn't hear back from the owner that day, I would hear back first thing the next day. I placed a call to her later that day to let her know I had more than I expected for a down payment. I never received a call from the owner, and went back a week later to follow up. The owner again was not there, and a man there took my name and number and told me I would receive a call in about an hour. Well, two days later, and I still have not received a call. My car was recently totaled, and I have no vehicle. So, buying a vehicle is of utmost priority. I am infuriated at the horrible "customer service" I have received, and have come to the conclusion that apparently, Mr. Fogg does not want my money, my business or my referrals.

I recently purchased a car from here and would recommend buying a car to anyone! As soon as my family and I got there to look at a car we saw online, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful Tasha, who is one of the dealers there. She took us out for a test drive and wanted us to try every button, feature, and driving condition/situation with the car. She insisted on us to really test out the car, going to a parking lot to test wheel alignment and brakes; going over bumps at a fast speed; taking sharp turns. etc. Furthermore, Tasha was very friendly and helpful with a genuine approach to help us find a car we would like. After going for a test drive, we requested to have the car taken up on the flat bed to look under the car, which they were happy to do. They had a mechanic on site to take off the underbelly cover of the car so we could take a look at the engine and etc. We then met the owner, Tim Fogg who was able to help us out with the pricing a bit. When I was there, I got the sense that they were very down-to-earth, not pushy, and really cared about customer service and brand reputation. Needless to say, I was happy when I purchased the car from there and would consider going back to get another car someday!

Inquired about a car multiple times asking for pictures and never received them. Salesman was friendly enough, but never got to see the car.
