Found a great deal here, but didn't like the pushy service.  Meaning they give us the vehicle after a good credit check was done,  and then told us to bring the vehicle back because we didn't pay for it. We found out that the bank did a late job check ,found we were in transition to get another job , but our credit was good and denied the loan .  After The mishap with the bank we ended up paying cash for the car, because I didn't want to deal with another one of their banks . I went to my owe bank and, used my owe bank. The only reason we still bought the car is because , I couldn't find a better deal for what I was looking for. I Lost two days of work out of three times  I had to go back and forth to the dealer, because thought we were going to disappear with the vehicle, after it was their fault. I'm an american too!!

I bought a Dodge Durango SLT at another dealership in December at the end of 2018, guy was shady, but I took a chance, two months later, the motor had unrepairable problems, causing me to lose $4000.00 between sale and money put into it, I started to shop around and found these guys , I bought myself a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4 by 4 truck, I fell in love with the truck right away, I had early three issues with the truck, too cold and a broken emergency brake line, I told them about it and they took care of it on top of replacing all 4 brake calipers and later to replace an EGR valve, they took care of me very well and got my truck running very well, I am very happy with these people and would recommend anybody to them, like most posts here say, hard to negotiate the price, but in reality the price is well under the Kelley Blue Book value, but they are very friendly and they stick to their word and take care of you as a customer before, during, and even after the sale. Vinny, Chris, and even Kim are very nice people and even the mechanic Ron takes good care of you. Thank you very much for your hospitality and professionalism. Paul Mendes.

I remember I went to this place to look for a used car, and I saw one I was interested in and asked him questions about the car and he was totally cold, dismissive, uninviting and was behaving like I was disgusting and shouldn't have been there. He answered with very short non-answers as he was folding his arms and giving me a glare. I ended up just leaving with him still glaring at me without a word. I do not know what issue he had with me but I can guess why. I've never gone there ever again.

Awesome people to deal with very honest, fair and follow up on what they say they will do is always carried through! I would highly recommend this great family run business to anyone looking for a great vechicle! And if you don't see what you are looking for I know they will always do there very best to find it for you. A++ in my book, so go by and check Winthrop Street Motors out if you want a great vechicle buying experience you will not be disappointed.
