Cheap prices and staff is nice, your stuff gets a lot of dust though.

Hello, I am the Resident Property Manager here and have been since the ending of February of this year (2015).  In response to the last two reviews, I will need to defend my employees in this review as any manager would.  Firstly, U-Haul is fairly new to this location and as with every business, when new additions are added, there will always be kinks to work out, this wall damage was a fine example.  And $20.00 of damage is an understatement!  Let's be realistic here.  The employee that was on duty that day has gone through extensive training as well as the other employee's since the incident to avoid a situation like this from happening in the future.  Thankfully we settled in court and got back the money we spent on the repairs of the damage.  So, on behalf of my employee's and U-Haul, I apologize for the experience you had here at my facility.  We have taken extra precautionary measyres to assure that no incident will occur here again.

Secondly, in regards to the theft of the tenants unit, ALL new tenants are required to either be self insured through their home owners or renters insurance or go through the insurance company we offer at the time of move-in.  We are not responsible for any damages or theft is why we offer the 3rd party insurance or to be self insured as stated in the rental agreement.  The security here has been updated since we have acquired the property a year ago in August.  We have implemented a state of the art camera system that is 24-hour DVR recorded and have taken extra measures to ensure that all tenants are required to sign in and out of the property when arriving and leaving.  Since I live on-site I am very well aware of the security of my grounds and of course the security of my valued tenants.

Rented a Uhaul truck from here and the guy didn't follow procedure and stated he would help my husband move the truck out which he failed to do which resulted in a small brick area being hit and less than $20 in damage. The owner called my husband and the situation was being resolved but now the owner has decided to seek legal action because his employee did not follow procedure.  I would not recommend dealing with this place and in all honesty I don't see why they are still in business if they are gonna be this shady. Next stop will be media relations because these people are ridiculous.

RENTED A LARGE UNIT HERE FOR OVER A YEAR.  OUR UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO AND A TV, HOPE CHEST, WHEEL BARROW WAS STOLEN.  NO COMPENSATION WAS EVER OFFERED.  IF YOU WANT SECURE STORAGE, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE.
