It was great, welcoming, and I definitely recommend for others to try this place. Pretty much the cheapest price you can find in sac after some researching. Jahmal Prudhommel was very patient and gave me the different options and prices I needed without any hesitation of services.

I've been storing here a long time. This is the 3rd unit I've had, and I've never had this experience before but today I went to move some of my boxes in my unit and there was mouse poop EVERYWHERE!! They'd eaten into some of my boxes, and chewed holes into my sleeping bags. Now I'll have to replace theses items. I'll definitely be looking for a new place to store my things.

Jahmal has been helpful the multiple times that my family has come in to get a unit. I would say that the customer service is outstanding. The staff are all very family friendly which has made a stressful time much more pleasant.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days now regarding my unit, and not a single person has called me back. I had planned on closing this account anyway, since I live quite far away, but with the way I have been ignored for the past 3 days, I will likely never rent from a LifeStorage again. Unprofessional for ANY business to ignore 3 voicemails, 2 emails, and a phone call and email from their corporate office. It's almost sad because before these last few days of being ignored, I was very pleased with their customer service. I'd even be more than happy to update this review once I am contacted.

My experience at Life Storage was great. Jahmal had great costumer service and a feiendly personality. He made my move in to Life Storage process super easy and simple.
