I know this is going to sound like a sales pitch but I do not work at Food City but I would not shop anywhere else and let me tell you why. Not long ago I was at one of the self serve lines and left a whole $50 in the change slot and I called them about 20 minutes later and told them about it and they reviewed the tape and seen who took the money and it was my fault yet the manager of the store asked me to come down to the store to get my $50 back and they actually gave me my $50 back. Now I don't know about you but that makes all the difference in the world to me buying from a place that cares so much about their customers that they would do something like that because I don't know too many other places if any other place that would do the same thing. They have earned my business for life as long as I live in an area with a Food City!

Eh. Building needs renovation, it's dirty and dilapidated. Food is more expensive than walmart, with less variety. But they are good fit a few hard-to-find brands

Not great customer service. Many young people spending time talking and playing on their phone rather than engaging customers. Fortunately, I worked grocery for many years and prefer to do things myself. I do like the lay out and prices. This is my go to store being 2 miles from my house.

I have food allergies. The only thing that would make my experience better at your store, is more options.

Older store and not very big. Nothing special about it. Rarely shop here due to finding cheaper prices elsewhere.
