No notice when they cancelled an apointment! My Fiance and I scheduled a counsultation, a week in advanced, for getting wedding flowers. We showed up ten minutes early to be informed that the person, who does the consulting, had left. There was not a phone call, or even a text. The clerk who was there took our information but didn't seem very knowledgeable and wasn't prepared for a consultation. How do you trust they will come through on our wedding day when they can't even call to reschedule?

Have recently had 2 VERY POSITIVE experiences with the HALL'S FLOWER SHOP... All on the same day, they were able to quickly fill a very last minute Birthday floral request & locally deliver a beautiful arrangement to a dear friend. Soon after... I, myself, was a lucky recipient of a pretty Birthday flower & balloon arrangement order placed by an out of town relative. In both cases, the staff was very conscientious and the flowers were fresh & expertly arranged! It's nice to deal with a quality locally owned & operated flower shop!!

I ordered a birthday flower arrangement for my daughter online. It was not even close to what the picture looked like. I know flowers aren't always available, but it's spring. There should be plenty of pink roses available. There were 3 pink roses and daisies. The colors didn't go together.
