As I have had a hip replacement recently I appreciate every step saved. Had to ask for location of one item on my list. The employee went ahead of me to make sure the item was on that aisle. After checkout same young man asked if i needed help out. When I indicated that I would he found someone to help me out. That employee made sure all my cold products were placed together and let me know. I appreciated all the help. It made my shopping experience much easier and more pleasant.

Food City Blountville is a great grocery store. Their produce department has always been top notch even during the colder months. Folks are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately fuel is one of the most expensive in the area. I attribute this to their location and proximity to BMW and Muddy Creek both of which draw many tourists to the area.

Very friendly staff at Food City. Great home town feel where they know you by name. Good sale prices . never long line at check out

Nice friendly staff, tho' they don't know where certain products are. "What aisle is the Ovaltine in?" It took 3 of them to figure this out. Pricing might be competitive with Kroger, or the variety of health food stores, but they can't compete with Walmart, and won't with these Aldi's coming in.

Nice place to shop with the exception of narrow aisles. Great sales.
