I just got carry out for dinner here and I ordered a poutine with my food. I got about halfway through the poutine and found a long, dark hair melted into the cheese I’m so disgusted, employees should at the very least be wearing hairnets! I’ll never be back to this location!Food: 1/5
Tried the new strawberry white chocolate Frosty. White chocolate bits add a nice crunch but are only on top. Once they’re gone you’ve got pretty plain ice cream. I’ll stick with my favourite chocolateFood: 3/5
Came to this location to order and was not ready as i needed to be able to see the menu.order taker was not patient I mentioned I needed a second when I was ready I let her know and she very quickly cut me off and said I needed to wait. My son questioned this and I mentioned that she was most likely irritated that we were not ready. The lady decided to enter into my conversation I told her I was not going to argue with her and she refused me service. I could understand if I was yelling, swearing or being rude but I was none of the above. Not true customer service at all.
The worst Wendy's in St. Catharines, first of all they charge $1.00 for senior drinks which other Wendy's charge Nothing !!! And then I order 4 pieces of french toast for$.4.75 they were so small a size of french fries. I would never go back to this location..
Food was hot, made correctly, and came out quickly. The service was exceptional; Mary in the drive through was very nice, and her infectious personality really makes the quick visit that much better. You can tell she really enjoys her job and interacting with customers.
This was the classic chicken patty I was served. Obviously stale, beyond edible stale. The chicken has began to turn transparent. I’m now eating 2 buns, bacon, pickles and cheese. How yummy. Never eat here, this will be going to the Public Health department.
I believe her name was Mary, she was very nice. Food was regular Wendy’s food but Mary made me remember my experienceFood: 5/5
I was helped by a very hard working staff member at the busiest time of the evening; the drive thru was packed. They took no less than 1 minute to help me at the counter, and even apologized for needing to go wash their hands prior to serving me and additionally discounted my meal. I didn’t catch their name but attached some pictures.
Drive-thru was quick and friendly. Chicken asiago burger was excellent. Fry's weren't fresh. They were cool and limp.Food: 4/5
Gave us the wrong sauces for the nuggets. I asked twice to add ketchup to the bad for the fries and they didn't do it.
