It used to be a great store but has become a bit slack. Especially in the bagging of your groceries. They need to teach some of the employees how to properly bag groceries.

Cashier@ Food Lion never asked for my MVP card. As a former employee I always asked. She wasn't friendly either. Never even said hello or how are you today. Bad customers service. I had to go to the service desk to get reimbursed for my savings which inconvenienced me. I always greeted my customers in Brunswick County such as Did you find everything ok. I may go back and speak to the manager. In person
