Not all Food Lions are going to be equal, as it will always come down to the staff employed at each. We are leaving the Kernersville area soon and will miss an acutely attentive and helpful manager, and the ever friendly and proactive Yvette. We have received kind help from the butcher too! A well stocked, cleaned, and staffed store.

the young male working tuesday nights in the deli, around 7:30 pm. he needs to be replaced because he messes around like hes busy and when a customer walks up homeboy will haul boxes or trash to the back with the hope that the customer will leave out of frustration. yeah i see your game. then at 8pm sharp he grabs his phone and hat and smugly walks out of the store. my next review will be the one that goes to the food lion corporate staff. i'd leave ZERO stars but google won't let me

Nice, big store. It's never crowded and the baggers and cashiers, most of them have been there a long time. Really friendly and nice. Some of the younger ones are rude and disrespecrtful. Always stocked well. Good store to shop.
