I love shopping at Harris Teeter. This location, especially! The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the great savings. I pass 3 other grocery stores to go to this one. #worthit

I normally have a good experience at this location when two different young ladies have worked on different late nights. They always ask how I'm doing, did I find everything okay, and tell me thank you afterwards. Tonight however, was a young man working with no customer service skills whatsoever. He never even acknowledged me and when he did come over it was just to make sure I was actually paying for my item in self checkout. I even told him thank you and still not even a word! He needs to be trained in customer service or replaced. It made me not even want to visit this location at this time again. Customer service is key.

Great selection of wines which is the only thing we go buy here. Grocery prices are expensive compared to other stores. Selection of groceries is ok to good depending on what you need.
