One the the first Food Lion stores to open in this area. I was actually in the store on Day one. Now it's one of the last remaining Food Lion's in the area, as the others were bought by Weiss from the Delhaize Group.

Food Lion has several of its own in store brands, and the pricing is extremely competitive. We'll actually make our way over here from Owings Mills when we need to make bulk purchases, because the pricing is so good.

Other than that, it's a grocery store. It's clean for a suburban market and is well lit and well stocked.

i was there a couple of months ago an i ordered something from the del,the problem i had was the guy that was working that day had a attitude because i asked him to wash his hands an put on clean gloves after touching that dirty register,an because of that i refuse to buy anything else from the deli. Thank u managment! everything else in your store was satisfactory.Because of the deli issue i would have given your store 5 stars but now i'll give it 3 an 1 half .

My first time at that grocery store chain. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and the store was well organized. The store was Very clean in appearance defiantly up to my standards. Keep up the great work. 
Also the young man that helped me Shaun. Greeted me with a smile, which made my week. I'll be visiting this grocery chain again.

This store  can be a little bit pricey.  They once in a while have a decent sale but nothing like Shoprite  sale. There Natute Valley granola bars are  2.99 Shoprite have them for 1.49. When u buy 3.. There fries 2.99 sake.  Shoprite 1 97. The service here is good.  The stock clerks smile and speak.  The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

To whom it may concern : My wife and I was in the store today, 7/9/10 around 2 p.m. We found everything we needed,  and we fine until we got to the cashier. The young lady, and I'm using the term loosely, act as if she hated being their, and waiting on customers. She didn't acknowledge  us, she slung our bags around, and we purchased  2 bags of charcoal. I put the bags on the belt, she scan them, totaled our sale, and crossed  her arms. Didn't say "you have to remove the bags" or anything!  She just had that don't care look on her face, still never saying a word! She was a young Black Female, maybe 20, with long reddish braids.  I didn't want to  cause a scene, so I didn't  say what I wanted to say. Unless I have no choice, I will not be visiting your store again, and I will mention my experience to other people.
