My daughter ordered food for our family from this service they took the order and never delivered .when contacted they said order was cancelled because she had ordered the night before and no one to their knowledge in their experience orders more than 200 dollars In Takeout with in a 24 hour period. Of time They accused her of fraud and treathend to call the police on her all because she used her dad's card on the order. Even though she told them he was here with id and card on hand . They said. No. No one spents this much on food. It makes no sense. .The owner herself. Christine bureau when contacted Sent bullying emails saying why you spend this amount of money on food. No one does that. The only thing that makes sense sweetheart is that you're a thief . They never contacted our bank or my husband. To confirm payment or legality my husband name is on the card my daughter used. so I don't believe. Fraud prevention was their reason to do this They offer food delivery service if they can't do it or there are issues. Refuse service and that's it. Don't take the payment and then after say we can't do it and make up excuses to keep the money

Great and fast service. Only place I could find that would deliver PF Changs (with a section to modify order) to my sick wife while I'm out of town. Reasonable delivery and tip fees (less than $10) and low min order fee ($15 cheaper than grubhub).

I have mix feelings about this place. They deliver- but expect to wait 1.5 hour for your delivery. Also they inflate the prices. I wanted to order from Olive garden and what end up costing me $18 to pick up and get , they were going to charge me $37. Dont get me wrong , I understand they have to make money but that's a bit much considering that doesn't include a tip. They get the job done, but there are other similar sites that do the exact same thing but cheaper like mobilwaitersvin or Uber's new food delivery service. I honestly just use food shuttle as a last resort when all the other places have a super long waiting time or I just simply dont have the energy to leave the house. So basically they get the job done. I haven't had any issues with them, they deliver on the time ( which is hard not too given that its usually a 1.5-2 hr wait)they said they would deliver . I give them a 2 stars because their price and waiting time is not competitive when compared to other food delivery places. They add a 20-40% increase to the food prices and then charge you for delivery and tip. There are just too many other places that have great service and lower prices to constantly give them your business.

LET ME START BY SAYING THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EVER HAD IN LIFE! I ordered $200 worth of food from Red Lobster waited 2 hours still no food, finally I got an email stating that my ordered had been cancelled so okay why is my ordered cancelled and my account was definitely charged the money! I call numerous times to reach no one, then all of a sudden I get a call from an angry irate man who was beyond unprofessional (I now know he was the owner) he was literally screaming and cussing me saying that he called the police on me for stealing someones credit card and committing fraud that the police are on their way to me....Really what the Fu*k? Im telling the man that I can take a picture of my credit card and license and he just keeps screaming and cussing saying he already called the police because I stole someones credit card....I mean what happen to just asking for license or verification....anyhow I was so confused about what was happening that it hit me that I was the one getting scammed because they charged my card $200 and still had no refund so I call the police on him for scamming me not knowing whats going on then I finally looked up corporates phone number and spoke to someone who was professional and stated that he can see my order and he did credit my account back but it would take 3 days for the money to be back on the card and that the owner does have anger issues....What the Hell is going on these days.....PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY AND BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN AND GIVE HIM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! WHAT HAPPEN TO SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS AND HAVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR ALL THE MONEY WE HAVE TO PAY THESE DAYS AND WHEN DID IT BECOME ILLEGAL TO ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO ORDER $200 WORTH OF FOOD??? ALL I WANTED WAS SOME DAMN LOBSTER!!! NOW THAT I SIT HERE EATING KFC I WILL BE GIVING THIS REVIEW TO EVERY SITE I CAN FIND HIM ON....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...CALL A DIFFERENT FOOD DELIVERY PLACE OR YOU WILL HAVE NO FOOD AND NO MONEY!!!

I just stumbled upon these guys the other night as I was searching for food delivery on Google. I was a little skeptical to try them because I had never heard of them before but to make a long story short, I'm glad I did. They got some bad reviews because of their high prices. Yes they are a little pricey but personally, I understand it. When I order room service at a hotel, I know that if I order a cheeseburger with fries, it's probably going to cost me about $13.99. If I go outside of the hotel and go across the street, I can get a cheeseburger with fries for $9.99 but the catch is, I don't want to leave my hotel room and I'm willing to pay higher for the CONVENIENCE. I have ordered from Zifty many times in Atlanta and they mark-up their prices as well, so it's nothing new to me. I will definitely be ordering from Food Shuttle again in the future because they have Ted's Montana Grill on their menu and that's one of my favorite restaurants. I am giving them 4 stars just because I think they could use more restaurants on their site but overall, I would say they are a very solid service and I would recommend them.
