To all those complaining about only trying on one shoe at a time . i think its a great idea , that way these sorry ass teenagers cant try on a pair and run away with them. i mean come on people this is at the augusta mall and we all know what kind of riff raff are running around in these stores. common people be smarter than that. Kudos to foot locker about being smart in protecting the merchandise from hoodlums

They let you try on one shoe and take the other shoe as if you're gonna run off with them. That's so unprofessional I don't like that at all! How am I supposed to know if I'm comfortable in the shoes if I can only put on one? Pathetic! I ended up not buying the shoe from them and bought the same ones from finish line!

Tried to return a pair of shoes that were worn only in store and in my house. I had them less than 24 hours. I didn't notice the problem with the right shoe until I was walking around in the house. So I can't return shoes to the store because I "wore them outside the store" but I can return them through the manufacturer? That's messed up and poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store AND I will warn people of this kind of service. It is ridiculous (and the customer service rep said the SAME THING).

And who let's you try on only one shoe at a time? wtf
